Shipping policy

At SON we offer 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping. 

All the orders are shipped from WA, Australia.

Delivery hours take place between 8 am to 6 pm on working days. 

An email will be sent through the website to notify you with a tracking number after your order is processed and shipped.

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Once the product is closed out it falls into a collection(referred to as the collection in the main menu) please allow us 3-4 weeks for the product to be custom-made and shipped. However, if the product is purchased from the pre-sale categories there will be a chance for the product to be shipped out within the first week of purchase.

All SALE items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Remote parcel deliveries are charged a simple flat-rate surcharge of $13 (or $11.81 excl. GST) on top of the national rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ZONE 1 - NEW ZEALAND 

Delivery time - 20 to 30 working days

ZONE 2 - NORTH AMERICA, WESTERN EUROPE, ASIA, AND THE PACIFIC

Delivery time - 25 to 30 working days.

NOTE: ONCE THE COLLECTION HAS CLOSED ON THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTION TIME IS SET FOR 2-3 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME MENTIONED ABOVE.

ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN CLOSED FROM THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTION BEGINS AND THE PRODUCT WILL SHIP OUT.
